This Privacy Policy describes how Bullet by Veliev (the "Application"), operated by Bullet by Veliev, FOP Tsiuniak A. V. ("we", "us", "our"), handles data of users who connect their Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts to the Application to view campaign performance and manage advertising.

1. Who we are

The operator of the Application is Bullet by Veliev, FOP Tsiuniak A. V., a digital marketing agency providing performance marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Contact: info@bulletbyveliev.com.

2. Data we access through Meta

When you log in with Meta and approve the requested permissions, the Application can access:

• Your Facebook user ID and name
• An access token issued to the Application for your account
• Structure of the ad accounts you explicitly connect: campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, and audiences
• Performance statistics for those ad accounts (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend)

We only access ad accounts that you explicitly connect to the Application.

3. How we use this data

Data is used only to provide the features you request: displaying campaign performance and, when you confirm it, changing campaign settings such as status or budget. We do not use this data for our own advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models, and we do not sell it.

4. Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf, where required by law, or with your explicit consent.

5. Meta Platform compliance

The Application complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

6. Security

Access tokens are stored only on the server side and are never exposed to the browser. All connections use HTTPS. Access to stored data is limited to authorized personnel.

7. Retention and deletion

• Access tokens: kept while your connection is active
• Cached performance statistics: up to 90 days
• After you disconnect the Application, your data is deleted within 30 days

8. How to revoke access

In Facebook, go to Settings → Business Integrations, find the Application, and remove it. Access is revoked immediately.
