Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bullet by Veliev advertising management application (the "Application"), operated by Bullet by Veliev, FOP Tsiuniak A. V. ("we", "us"), which connects to the Meta Marketing API. By using the Application you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You may connect only Meta advertising accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Acceptable use

• You must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and applicable law.
• You must not use the Application to access ad accounts you are not authorized to manage.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Application or the Meta API.

3. Changes to your account

The Application changes campaigns, ad sets, ads, or budgets in your ad account only at your request or after your confirmation.

4. Your data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular advertising results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for advertising performance outcomes, lost profit, or indirect damages resulting from use of the Application or from campaign changes made through it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by revoking its access in Facebook (Settings → Business Integrations). We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
